Julia’s carrot soup: 6 carrots, half a peach, lord knows how much cinnamon, 1/3 of a large sweet onion, a splash of orange juice, more than a few shakes of salt, and maybe a 1/3 cup coconut milk. Oh, and some almond butter (just a bit). And coconut oil. 

It’s rich! It’s healthy. It’s hearty. It’s YUM.
